  • Can you provide a compatible router for connecting into my new NBN connection?
    Yes we certainly can. Please let us know during sign up that you require a router and we will provide you a quote with our latest supported NBN router.
  • If I purchased a router from you, will it be configured for immediate use with the new NBN® connection?
    If you have purchased a NBN® compatible router from us, it will be provided with factory settings however you can certainly opt-in for our professional service to have it configured and we will walk you through connecting it up to your NBN termination device, just let us know that you require this service during sign-up.
  • What is the NBN connection class used in your Business Internet Pricing Plan above? TC-2 or TC-4?
    Our standard Business NBN plans uses nbn® Traffic Class 4 (TC-4) which is the standard delivery method for general internet and data services across the nbn® broadband access network.
  • How can I get better performance internet using nbn® Traffic Class 2 (TC-2) ?
    Higher performance TC-2 NBN internet is available with our Enterprise NBN plans up to 1Gbps for selected areas. Please send us a message with your business address and we will provide you with a service qualification quote.
  • Why do I have to pay for a NBN® new development charge?
    As of 2nd April 2016, NBN Co implemented a $300.00 charge for all connections made in areas they have identified as within the boundary of a new development. If you are in a greenfield or new development area as determined by the NBN Co and wants to get connected to the NBN® network, the $300 fee will apply.
  • Why is there a connection port fee required for my new NBN connection?
    An available connection port from your MDF in the building is required for connecting up to your new NBN connection. When your premises run out of this connection ports, we will require to send out a technician onsite and manually provision a new connection port for you and this fees is charged at $300.00.
  • Is GST Included in your Business Internet pricing plans?
    Yes, GST is included in all of our Business Internet (TC-2) pricing plans above.
  • Do you provide Fibre internet for businesses?
    Yes we currently provide Fast Fibre internet plans with speed at 250Mbps, 400Mbps, 1Gbps, 2Gbps, 5Gbps & 10Gbps for selected areas. Please send us a message with your business address and we will provide you with a service qualification quote.
  • Do you provide Starlink internet for businesses?
    Yes we currently provide Starlink internet setup and installation bundle for areas that are covered in Victoria and self-installation option available for the rest of Australia. Please send us a message with your business address and we will provide you with a service qualification quote.
  • What should I do if I wish to cancel a subscription?
    We hate for you to go and if there is anything we can do better please get in touch with us first. To cancel a service, you can simply send us a message with the details of your service cancellation and our team will process it for you. Note that we do require a 30 days cancellation notice for any active subscription.
